Strength and Conditioning is great for people looking to workout with like minded people and have the accountability and support of the community. Classes are generally 60 min and offer a full body workout. We focus on strength building, cardiovascular endurance and everything in between. This is great if your looking to maximize your all around fitness!

These sessions are built to help you get ready for our regular group classes.

Main priorities are moving well and getting comfortable with the movements and equipment used on a regular basis.
